From the north:  Take Rte I-90 to exit 40, Weedsport.  Go south on rte 34 to Fleming, turn right on rte 34B.  Continue on rte 34B to King Ferry, turn right at the stop sign, still Rte 34B.  We are 8 miles from the stop sign, on the left, on a curve in the road with a wood lot on the left.  The house is a sage green with white columns, white fence along the road, a long gray barn next to the house.

From the south:  Take I-81 to exit 8, Whitney Point.  Follow Rte 79 toward Ithaca.  In Richford, turn right on Rte 38 north, through Dryden.  There will be a left turn in Dryden at the second traffic light, but it is still Rte 38.  Go to the four-way stop light at Peruville Rd., Rte 34B.
                                        
Turn left. We are 12 miles from this turn.  BE SURE TO FOLLOW RTE 34 B NORTH AS SIGNS CAN BE CONFUSING.  There will be a four-way stop light, then a mile further, a traffic light by the Rogue’s Harbor Inn, DO NOT TURN THERE.  We are four miles further on the right.  The house is sage green with white columns, a white fence along the road and driveway, and a long, gray barn across the driveway from the house.
